Returns
Do you want to return one or more purchased products?
No problem, you have 14 days!
Here's how to do it:
1. Send us an email
Send an email to info@yomelley.it, indicating:
- the order number (you can find it in the order confirmation email) or the name used to place the order;
- the products you wish to return.
2. Prepare and ship the products
Pack the products properly. Once you receive confirmation from us, you can ship the package directly to our address.
Please note: To ensure your return goes smoothly, we recommend using a trackable shipping method with signature upon delivery.
3. Get your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received your item. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days of receiving your package.
Please note: Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, films and certificates. Products returned in used condition without original packaging or documentation will be refused. Products that are otherwise damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense.

Wrong, broken or defective product?
If you have been unfortunate enough to receive a wrong, broken or non-functioning product, please email us at info@yomelley.it within 5 days of receiving the product, stating:
- order number (you can find it in the order confirmation email) or the name used to place the order;
- products you wish to return;
- description and/or photo of the problem encountered.
We can proceed with both the product exchange and the refund, agree with our customer service what you prefer.
