When will my order be shipped?
Our products are shipped 1-3 working days after receiving the order.
Will I receive an email with my order details?
YES! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed with a summary of all the details.
Yes, write an email WITHIN 2 HOURS of confirmation. We will cancel the order free of charge . If you change your mind later, remember that once you receive the order you can proceed with the return, and we will refund you in full.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We care about the customer. If there is any problem with our products, we will be happy to give you a full refund.
Step 1: Email us with your order number and name. -With subject (Refund Request) -List your product and the reason you want to return it
Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 48 hours) with our address to resend your item.
Step 3: Send your item back to us. Once received we will inspect it.
Step 4: If everything goes well, we will fully refund your item.
Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email with all the details and the money will be deposited back into your account :)
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. You can pay with Google Pay, or with Satispay or with Nexi Xpay.
Are there any additional costs I have to pay?

We use the main couriers. When ordering you will already be able to see who is the courier selected for your shipment, no secrets and nothing hidden.
How fast is the delivery time?
For each product we always indicate the delivery time indicated by the courier. Indicatively, from 2 to 5 working days.
